Commission Terms Of Service.READ THE WHOLE THING BEFORE COMMISSIONING!!!!!!!!!UwU
GENERAL
➫ READ THE FULL T.O.S BEFORE COMISSIONING ME.➫ If i'm not confortable with your comission / uncomfortable of working with you, i am totally allowed refuse it.➫ Political, Religious, Racial, Economical topics won't be accepted, and will likely result in a block.➫ Do not ask me to draw your dead pets/beloved ones into the drawing (nor an OC/character associated with them in any way) (this is to prevent bots and scams) (specific rule, i know...)➫ OC x CANON type of commission will be ignored.➫ Do not ask me to draw fetiches...➫ DO NOT ask me to draw fetiches...➫ I draw some suggestive stuff? Sure... But straight up porn/NSFW? No... (well, at least not yet, who knows... ¬‿¬ )➫ My art must be credited, wherever you're using it.➫ You will get your comission in order of arrival (first comes first).➫ I need an (as accurate as possible) description of who/what you want me to draw and how: "draw my OC, bob." is not a useful nor valid prompt... (i would be very grateful if you could send me a ref sheet for the OCs you wish me to draw, but that ain't a requirement :"] )➫ Referring to the last statement, "it looks like [person]." Is also not a useful prompt...➫ You must state where and why the art will be used. Refusing to will get you ignored.➫ I won't remake previous work from previous clients for your fitting.➫ Editing, Changing, Redistributing or reselling my work will get you some problematic results from it. You won't be able to commission me ever again either.➫ If the platform you are posting my work on does not accept my work, that is your responsibility, not mine. (if i'm still making said work, and you are on the sketching period, then it should be fine to ask me for any changes! :] )➫ Ever treat me badly or try anything "funny" and i just won't accept ANY commission from you, ever... So if you want your stuff done, treat me like a person. >:[➫ I will not be making anything for kids. (doesn't mean it can't be "family-friendly"/"non-suggestive") (which is totally different)➫ YOU WILL NOT EVEN DARE TO USE MY WORK FOR AI OR NFT... >:[
PERSONAL/COMMERCIAL USAGE
➫ Any of my work that you use must have proper credit, commissioned or not. (you may post the link to a social of mine or the link to my linktree)➫ Remember: It is my work, not yours... Do not say it is your work, for it simply isn't...➫ Redistribution/Resseling is forbidden...➫ Keep in mind that your comission, once finished, will be posted on my social media and portfolio as examples of my work.➫ Regarding last statement: If you do not agree with it being posted, you may request me to keep it a secret, at the cost of a reeeeeally tiny fee.➫ Please don't use my work for school projects.➫ You have the rights for the file of your commission, but only if it's done and payment is given >>FULLY<<.
PAYMENTS, REFUNDS
AND FEES
➫ For now, only accept PIX and PayPal for payment.➫ You have two options for payment: pay half the price for me to do half the work, then you pay the other half for me to finish it, costing you an extra 5.50$; or you pay the full price and i work on the full thing, no extra fees.➫ No money, no service: only comission me once the funds have been funded...➫ For every character in a drawing, a fee is applied. The fee multiplies the price of the lineart by the amount of characters (example: lineart = 3$. characters = 8. final price = 24$).➫ NO CHARGEBACKS!!!!!➫ Once your commission is accepted by me, you have 5 days to answer. If not, i will just cancel it and move on.➫ There are transaction fees for refunds.➫ Don't ask for a refund if you're paying through the "half and half" method or if i have made half or more of the full commission already.➫ If i cancel the work (for whatever reason) you will receive a refund based on what is left for me to do. (i got 30% done, you get a 70% refund)➫ Revisions that require extra work from me also require extra money from you.➫ Regarding last statement: If it's enough for me to change too much of the design or if get uncomfortable, the work may be cancelled entirelly. (you have the right for getting your refunds, don't you worry much about it. :] )➫ In case a deadline for me to deliver your commission is reached, and you have already paid, you have the right for a full refund.➫ If i have sent you the full image, the respective files and/or if i have received full payment, there won't be any refunds, for you have what you paid for already, and i have what i worked for already.➫ All fees and prices can be found in this site. Here, i can show you the way!
COMMUNICATION / REVISIONS
➫ You may request 5 revisions. if a sixth one is requested, it will be asked a fee (exceptions may apply, so if i mess anything up, like forgetting a detail or messing up a color, the fee will not be added).➫ Any update/WIP that you request /that i send will be sent with a lot of non-transparent water-marks. So will the full piece (if payment is not full).➫ You can message me through my Discord, Twitter or (in some cases) WhatsApp DMs, but you are limited to those options.
PROCESS
➫ Updates/WIPs will be sent with a water-mark (and usually blurred) every time i make progress on your work, but you sure can request an update about it once in a while! (please don't abuse this right :[ )➫ Respond in a timely manner to updates/WIPs.➫ With your commission done, it will be sent a water-marked and (usually) (slightly) blurred version before i can send the files through an email. This is so you can request 1 last revision (which won't add to your fees, btw) before i can finish it and send it to you, so your precious commission is sent nice and clean!➫ In the email provided by you, you will receive all files, in the highest quality possible i can get. You have the right to request a different quality for the image.➫ If the request is done, it's done... Don't ask for further changes unless it's to fix my wrong-doings.
